Rolando W. Kirk, Born February 16 1988 Tampa Fl. Raised in the Tampa Bay area my entire life. I grew up to immigrant parents My father was born and raised in Germany and My Mother In Oriente Cuba and the oldest of Four Boys. We were raised to have strong values and speak for what is wrong. I am a proud american as well, since my father served in the navy for numerous years. I have been writing and reporting for years since my high school years at LETO High school.
