Opinion: The “boycott Bud Light” thing is DUMB and POINTLESS5 minute read

Help us fight censorship!

The recent “movement” of Conservatives “boycotting” Bud Light after they highlighted transgender Dylan Mulvaney, is POINTLESS.

The new trend for some on the right is to boycott Bud Light after featuring transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney. Social media is completely filled with Conservatives across the country pouring out, running over or even shooting their cans of beer. Not the cans with Mulvaney’s face on it mind you, the cans that they most likely purchased before the promotion even started.

Honestly, I’m a bit lost on what the outrage is about.

Normally, I agree with the outrage towards the LGBTQ movement being completely forced down our throats. Specifically when it’s aimed towards children.

The “drag queen storytime” crap we see all over is absolutely disgusting and quite frankly should be illegal in my opinion.

To me, there is no such thing as a “trans kid.” Anything being taught to kids regarding sex in anyway is completely unacceptable.

However, Budweiser hiring a transgender person as a promotional campaign… not only do I not see anything wrong with it, but I honestly just don’t care.

If it was a soda company, children’s clothing company or something that is targeting children or used by children, then that’s a different story. But this is alcohol. Something that can literally only be used by adults.

The can that was sent to Mulvaney isn’t even for sale. It was an exclusive can that was sent to him simply because of his massive following.

TheBigJabMovie.com on Twitter: “This whole #budlight thing is very odd to me. I don’t agree with the #trans agenda. But why boycott? They own the company, and are doing a promotional thing. It’s a beer company, not a kids clothing company. Their product is for grown adults, so why do people care?… / Twitter”

Recently, Joe Rogan spoke about the controversy on his podcast and brought up this same point.

What they’re doing is just spreading the brand to an extra group of people. Why, if something is good, do you give a f**k who’s got it?” Rogan said.

At the end of the day, there’s so many other things that are far more important that we should be focusing on. A beer company using a transgender guy on a promotional can is at the very bottom of my priorities.
