Mass shootings increase since COVID restrictions2 minute read

Help us fight censorship!

After the tragic occurrence in Texas last Tuesday by 18-year-old Salvador Ramos that took 18 children’s lives, I started wondering what could be attributing to the rise in mass shootings the past two years?

What has changed over the past 2 years? COVID-19

The tyrannical governmental overreach we saw with the lockdowns across the country were unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

The mainstream media has received their marching orders since the events in Texas. While I was researching for this article, I was looking for unbiased numbers of mass shootings since COVID.

I literally saw dozens of different outlets reporting basically the same article, “since COVID-19, is mass death now tolerated?”

Why would all these media outlets be just reposting the same headlines if they weren’t trying to push a narrative?

Let’s take a look at the possible COVID tie in…

According to Gun Violence Archive, the U.S. ended 2021 with 693 mass shootings. While 2020 ended with 611 and 2019 with 417.

But how does that tie into COVID-19 and the lockdowns?

Well, according to a study done by PMC, there has been a spike in depression, violence, anxiety in young adults and adolescents since the pandemic.

It never ceases to amaze me how the Democratic Party trouts out the same old tired arguments every time there is a tragedy like this, when they are literally to blame. Whether it be with gun free zones, second amendment restrictions, or governmental overreach, their answer will always be “give us more power” when they’ve failed with the power they have.
