One of the classmates of Texas shooter says Salvador Ramos was a bully towards students, not bullied.

“Salvador Ramos was not bullied. He would try and pick on people, and fail. And it would aggravate him. I’d like to get that out of the way. He was not bullied. He, prior, and I don’t see this covered, but I’m going to put this out there, he would hurt animals,” High School senior Ivan Arellano said.
