The sport of football has taken a downward turn over the past decade or so. With all the politicized messaging, the wokeness culture infecting all of sports, not just the NFL. To me, personally, it’s almost unwatchable. And I’m a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.
So it’s always nice to see an organization or even just a player do something nice and give back. And I don’t mean “give back” as in a league requirement think. But just out of the goodness of their heart.
Well, we have one of those stories coming out of, you guessed it, Green Bay.
Star running-back Aaron Jones for the Green Bay Packers took part in a program with Cousins Subs, “every yard I rushed for, we were able to giveaway shoes across Wisconsin,” Jones said in a video about the program.
