Jim Acosta confronts Marjorie Taylor Greene over Jan 6th text and gets owned1 minute read

CNN’s Jim Acosta just continues to fail at every aspect of journalism he attempts.

Several days ago former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows turned over text messages to the House Committee in their investigation i into the incidents of January 6th. Among those texts was a message from Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.

“In our private chat with only Members several are saying the only way to save our Republic is for Trump to call Marshall law. I don’t know on those things,” Greene wrote to Meadows.  “I just wanted you to tell him. They stole this election. We all know. They will destroy our country next. Please tell him to declassify as much as possible so we can go after Biden…”

The text message has been continuously misreported or only half quoted by various news outlets. Acosta and CNN of course was one of those outlets.

Jimmy tried to ambush Greene earlier and catch her “off guard.” In typical Acosta fashion, it failed… really bad.
