Founder of Project Veritas James O’Keefe will be suing Twitter after permanent ban from the tech giant for exposing CNN.

Twitter claims that Veritas was banned due to “using fake accounts.”

O’Keefe has announced he will be suing the tech giant Twitter starting Monday saying the company is not protected by Section 230 to lie.
