South Carolina Republican Senator Tim Scott believes the coming Senate impeachment trial of Former President Donald Trump is unconstitutional and says he doesn’t blame Trump for Capitol riots in January 6th.

“The one person I don’t blame for that situation is President Trump,” Scott told Fox News. “I don’t blame the non-violent protestors outside.  I blame the individuals coming in the chamber, coming in the building.”
