During an interview with Yahoo News Presidential Candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden went off the rails when asked if he’s taken a cognitive test.
Many Americans are concerned about Biden’s cognitive health. Almost every time he speaks he has some sort of gaff. Apparently Biden is surrounded by yes men that don’t seem to care about his well-being.
“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test? C’mon man. That’s like saying you, before you got in this program, if you take a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think huh? Are you a junkie?”
