Kid Rock is running for Senate | What you need to know2 minute read
"People are sick and tired of their bullshit!"

The legendary rock star Kid Rock has been teasing a Senate run for quite a while now, something that we reported on back in February along with Ted Nugent’s consideration for a run. It all became semi-official less than 48 hours ago on Kid Rock’s official Twitter.
I have had a ton of emails and texts asking me if this website is real… https://t.co/RRVgISDFeq The answer is an absolute YES. pic.twitter.com/uYCUg6mjW1

The reason I say, “semi-official” is because Kid Rock has not yet filed official paperwork for his run for the Michigan Senate. Rock says he has 15 days from his announcement in an article he posted on his official website.
Once again the press is wrong. First of all, I’ve got 15 days from my announcement to file paperwork with the FEC!
Kid Rock, a Republican, has been very vocal about how he feels about the politicians who “run” our country. He also was an avid supporter of Donald Trump throughout the election.
He would be running against Debbie Stabenow, who has a lowering approval rating according to The Hill.
Stabenow remains relatively popular personally, however: 47 percent of voters have a favorable opinion of her, while 35 percent have an unfavorable opinion.
Kid Rock also added in the article we mentioned earlier the following statement about Stabenow..
Senator Stabenow and I do share a love of music, although probably not the same kind. I concede she is better at playing politics than I am so I’ll keep doing what I do best, which is being a voice for tax paying, hardworking AMERICANS and letting politicians like her know that We the People are sick and tired of their bullshit!
