I reject the idea that America will be a better place if marijuana is sold in every corner store. To be honest, I am a little worried and upset by this. Being a smoker myself from time to time for my OCD, I don’t see anything wrong with legalizing weed, I think it’s helpful to know that those who need it for medical purposes will be able to get help from their local dispensary supplies. The use of marijuana has not yet been legalised in every state, but with time, maybe this could happen. This would be great news for anyone who suffers with any pains and conditions that medical marijuana would help them with. But for someone who has OCD like myself, or someone who has chronic pain – which I have as well or even someone with an eating disorder, cancer etc. they should be able to easily go to a doctor and get a prescription. I do think we are on our way to that, which would be great for not only people but also the economy. Fewer people in prison being a burden on the tax system means a better economy, the more legal weed sold the more taxes contribute to our economy.
