Wildcard Weekend Preview: Giants @ Packers3 minute read

Help us fight censorship!

This weekend we are back at the beautiful and iconic Lambeau field. It’s “stranger danger” for Eli Manning and the Giants as they’ve only played us at Lambeau 3 times since 2010. The Green Bay Packers lead the New York Giants in victories in their meetings 32-26-2.

We all know who Eli Manning is, the gun slinger. He’s good for at least 1 turnover per game. Our defense (Packers) are ball hogs, we are currently tied for the 4th most interceptions on the season, and have the 6th best defense when it comes to sacks, so I expect a dominant defensive performance.

Now one thing I’m concerned with on the defense is Odell Beckham Jr. We are beat up badly yet again in the secondary. Luckily our best corner Damarious Randall was a full participant in practice today (Thursday). But Randall has struggled as of late since he returned from a groin injury. He’s been caught quite a few times getting burnt by wide receivers, and OBJ is quite the burner. I wouldn’t be surprised and in fact I’m hoping that Dom Capers has Ha-Ha Clinton Dix shadowing OBJ to help Randall.

Ultimately I think we win this game, 27-17. I will of course be live tweeting during the game @Packers_Blog. And by the way fuck you Roll for picking us to lose this game 28-31!
